77 players logged at least one snap -- 38 on offense and 39 on defense.
48 players logged at least 10 snaps -- 26 on offense and 22 on defense.
Stetson Bennett:
- 71.8 passing grade
- 73.5% adjusted completion -- (1 drop)
- 8.6 yards/attempt
- 1 big-time throw (PFF's highest graded throws)
- 9.9 average depth of target
- 21 of 31 for 276 yds when pocket clean
- 3 of 4 for 24 yds when pressured
- 8 of 8 for 90 yds when blitzed
- 7 of 9 for 76 yds on screens
- 17 of 26 for 224 yds on Non-screens
Carson Beck:
- 70.7 passing grade
- 5 of 7 for 52 yds when pocket clean (wasn't pressured once)
- 4 of 5 for 38 yds when blitzed
- 4 of 4 for 38 on play-action (82.1 passing grade)
- 1 of 3 for 14 yds on non-play-action (52.3 passing grade)
O-line/blocking:
- QBs pressured on only 5 of 45 drop-backs
- All 5 starters with a pass block grade of at least 70.6
- BTW -- GREAT REPS AGAINST THE TYPE OF DEFENSE THEY'LL SEE AT MISS STATE
Receiving:

- Thru 2 games, 7 different players have a 20+ yd reception

- Only 8 of the 39 that played w/a grade <60.0 (which is really good considering the type of game and how many different guys played)
- Pressure stats solid given how short and fast Samford's QB got rid of the ball. 3.5 yards average depth of target and 2.62 average time to throw
