Except for the military.

On all benevolence budget issues, each department should prepare and present a plan of action to phase out payments to citizens after a pre-determined period of time, with an plan to bring citizens back into the work force if able bodied.

This includes welfare, child support and any other benevolence payments to citizens that could be considered an enticement for a vote by a politician.

The government should stop all grant programs other than energy, transportation, medical or other essential needs of the citizen. All other funding should be phased out until a surplus budget is attained.

Not a single penny should be allotted or spent over the established budget.

In a period of 5 to 6 years the budget is balanced, a surplus is attained for emergencies and the control is given back to the taxpayer.

At the end of each year, each citizen should pay a $10 a year deficit reduction fee that goes directly to deficit payments. It cannot be manipulated in any manner.

Just thoughts to fix this train wreck of irresponsibility.
