So the portal closes on the December 28th, our game is Jan 1st. Anyone from UGA that decides to enter portal will not play in the Sugar Bowl. Feels like a terrible time for the portal window to close. Our depth or potentially a starter could be out of that game. Is this accurate?

How do the payouts work?

Does each individual team get paid like a regular bowl game?

Or are all the proceeds funneled into a basket and given out later?

I'm assuming the payouts become larger as the teams move up the ladder.

I also assume all the football teams share in this revenue bonaza.

So a guy from my church went into AFib during the game last night. He ended up watching the dawgs win in OT on his way to the hospital in the ambulance. He’s currently in ICU and has a good prognosis.

I almost went into AFib when Frazier fumbled the ball.

@Stevesgourmet @RightAway and @PapaSweetsDawg for getting us to this point. These three worked tirelessly to monitor lines/sharps, break down all the different scenarios, provide rooting guides and keep Bama out of the playoffs. The rest of us are forever indebted to you for your efforts

The last 2 times we have stayed in Ft. Lauderdale but we didn't see many fans. Where do most fans stay when going to the Orange Bowl? If Miami and certain area?

If you went to the UGA-Michigan Orange Bowl playoff game, did you get email and phone calls about buying Orange Bowl tickets. I have every year since that game. Looking at the playoffs for this year, the Orange Bowl is one of the two semifinal sites. Has anyone else continued to buy Orange Bowl tickets and sold them if UGA wasn’t in the game? I missed the first opportunity to buy tickets at face value and now on a waiting list. If UGA gets as far as we all think they should in the post season, there would be a 50 percent chance of playing in the Orange Bowl this year. Did anyone else purchase tickets in advance and what has been the experience selling tickets later if needed?

My wife and I were discussing this today as we were laughing at Alabama and wondering would Georgia have made it into the four team playoff with two losses?

I think so, and I also think 1-3 are pretty straightforward, but who gets 4?

1 - Oregon
2 - UGA
3 - Notre Dame
4 - Penn State? Ohio State? Texas? Boise?

Pugs enrolled early, has an arm equal to if not better than Carson, can run just as effectively as Gunner and I feel we will need a downfield passing game to win a natty. Not bashing any other QBs on roster just asking if it is off the table.

For all the tough drops he’s had …there’s those critical plays he’s made that have been the difference in getting us to or delivering a championship.
