Orange Bowl tickets

If you went to the UGA-Michigan Orange Bowl playoff game, did you get email and phone calls about buying Orange Bowl tickets. I have every year since that game. Looking at the playoffs for this year, the Orange Bowl is one of the two semifinal sites. Has anyone else continued to buy Orange Bowl tickets and sold them if UGA wasn’t in the game? I missed the first opportunity to buy tickets at face value and now on a waiting list. If UGA gets as far as we all think they should in the post season, there would be a 50 percent chance of playing in the Orange Bowl this year. Did anyone else purchase tickets in advance and what has been the experience selling tickets later if needed?

APAI story on McConaughey resignation

McConaughey Resigns from UT, Returns to Hollywood
AUSTIN, Texas – In a surprising turn of events, Matthew McConaughey has announced his resignation from the University of Texas at Austin. The Oscar-winning actor and former Texas Longhorn has accepted a lucrative deal with Netflix to star in a series of romantic comedies.
The decision comes after a tumultuous year for the Longhorns football program. The team suffered back-to-back losses to the University of Georgia, a defeat that reportedly left McConaughey deeply disheartened.
“It’s been a tough year,” McConaughey admitted in a press conference. “Sometimes, you have to make tough decisions. I’ve always had a love for filmmaking, and this opportunity with Netflix is too good to pass up.”
McConaughey’s new project is a series of gay cowboy romantic comedies. The actor has expressed excitement about the project, stating that it’s a chance to explore new territory and challenge himself. “I’ve always been drawn to stories that push boundaries and celebrate diversity,” he said. “My favorite storyboard is a true story: “Longhorn Lockerroom Love”.

While many fans are disappointed by McConaughey’s departure from UT, they wish him well in his future endeavors. The university has yet to announce a replacement for his role as Minister of Culture. Rumored candidates include Charlie Sheen, Reneé Zellweger, and that “yeet” rapper from SNL.
