Rough outing for Goldstein. Only last 5 batters. Gave up 2 walks and then a 3-run HR.

Safe to say the starting pitcher made it easy to not quit. Just ugly.
A&M’s 3 hole hitter (Sorrell who hit the 3 run bomb) just left the game with a right hand injury in the middle of an AB. That is gonna loom large the rest of the weekend if he doesn’t come back.
He hasn’t been right since he pitched in the NCAA’s. Tossed 3-4 pitches and was done.
Prager turned down going pro last season after getting drafted in the third round by the Angels.
