write a letter to congress warning of the dangers of prezs' iran deal . what we will see is that their are politicians that care more for their party than our country and they will support this " CRAP " . we need to vote these people out , no matter the party !

Some of them are from the Iran Contra era. I think this was probably in response to the other generals/admirals who sent a letter who were FOR it. Think I'll research both.
I'm undecided frankly. It's not about JUST us anymore. You have France, Germany the UK and Russia and China. We definitely don't need to alienate the 1st 3 and it's remarkable the last 2 were even at the table. Saw where UK already has opened an embassy in Iran. If we don't do this, they all will still carry on and lift sanctions. We can still have our own, but we couldn't stop them from lifting their own. They've been hurt by the sanctions themselves.
Kind of like my parents used to say "putting one of you on restriction, also puts US on restriction."

Undecided on the agreement - not a treaty - but my father was a very senior officer and said there were stupid generals just like stupid privates. Remember, the military has one and only one solution for everything.... combat. Take any letter -- either way -- with a grain of salt. Also, had an uncle who worked on nuclear weapons and was a physics professor who consulted on two USSR test ban treaties. Anyway, years ago he told me that you can't simply "make" fissionable material out of thin air or separate components like you can gunpowder.... that uranium has to be processed extensively to reach weapons grade and it takes allot. It's also deadly to handle and store plus dispose of the waste. Not easy to disguise. Because a lone raw material is being used if you know how much uranium is going into a facility or country or being mined and what's coming out plus the waste you can determine if some is being diverted. Said you don't have to inspect every single step of the way either just know the before v after totals and pay attention to the number of centrifuges being used which is key. I ain't that smart,

I believe the United States government is indeed "in some degree a slave" to Israel in foreign affairs.
