I say this with the caveat I have no idea if it will work with the other 15 teams, as I simply do not care nor do I want to do the work, but one thing I found interesting is that Georgia’s probable 2026 opponents would all fit in a nice 4 home/4 away split, and it works out if we play 8 or 9 conference games.

Assuming we keep at least one permanent rival, which would be Florida, we can play the other 6 “been in the SEC” teams at the opposite site of where we last played them, and then Oklahoma at home for a perfect 4/4 split.

Home: Florida (in Atlanta due to Jacksonville renovations), LSU, Oklahoma, Vandy

Away: Texas A&M, South Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas

And if we go to 9, keeping either Auburn or Tennessee too (I would think it would 99% be Auburn), it works too where we have 4 conference games in Sanford and won’t have to do a 3 home - 1 neutral - 5 road split.

But in reality we all know this won’t be the case and they will probably make us go back to Tuscaloosa and Austin like the show pony we are for Greg Sankey, Jimmy Pitaro, and Bob Iger.
