Some really nice stats at this points are our 3pt % from the guys who take most of them. KG and JJ are both over 40% and CM, while shooting only 14 has made 7. Same with our ft%. Most of the guys that matter are above 70% and even better. Our assists per game are a great sign of our willingness to share the rock. But, KG is woefully lacking in where he should be in that regard.
We all know our rebounding has to improve, especially reducing offensive ones by our opponents. Everyone on the team over 6'0, except Yante, should be embarrassed at having JJ at 5'9, 140 be the second leading rebounder on our team. And that is no knock on JJ. And he doesn't just chase down long boards, he goes inside and grabs them in a crowd. KG, especially, should be a much better rebounder with his leaping ability and it's all a matter of wanting to get after it imo. He just doesn't play the all-around game he is capable of playing.
