Abortion ban: Keeping fetuses alive with no chance to live outside the womb. Preventing other babies from being conceived.

I've read several versions of this story (all essentially the same).

So, there was leftover tissue from the abortion, which caused her to have further issues. I understand why she had one...the info provided points to an unviable pregnancy.

The "delay" (if there was one?) in the procedure is not claimed to have any sort of impact on the tissue still being there. Would she have potentially been better off going through with the pregnancy? The "damage" was due to the abortion & only the abortion. Is there any claim that a delay in the procedure caused that? Not from any story I read.

Hindsight would say the child likely dies, but the complications from the abortion might not have happened. It's a tragedy, regardless.

So...how exactly did Tennessee's abortion laws "cause" this? There is a lot of talk about Tennessee's laws and zero connection to the tragedy that happened to this woman.

If anything...this highlights the complications that can occur due to an abortion. It's a cautionary tale, if nothing else. But, it provides zero evidence of how any restrictions are the cause of her issues.

What did I miss?

(also, the Kate Cox reference from Texas is either poor journalism or intentional misdirection...or both)

left bias media using a sad situation to stir up those that would kill any human baby at any time for any reason. Go on and wish babies dead, when the govt and younger crowd start choosing who lives and dies, your number might get karma-ed onto the not worth living list.
" Go on and wish babies dead,"

Who is wishing babies dead?

"when the younger crowd start choosing who lives and dies, your number might get karma-ed onto the not worth living list."

Well, we've kind of already seen this with the response to COVID.

"Old people? Who really GAS? Ahhh. They're about to die anyways."

I wouldn’t call Andrew Cuomo young.
