We can debate substitution patterns, player minutes, zone vs man to man but the truth is most games we play we have less talent yet we win our fair share. I'm no bball x's and o's expert but it appears CMF knows the game. He just hasn't been able to bring the talent here. The problem is that in basketball talent out weighs coaching by a large margin. It's hard to imagine it getting much better without a coaching change.
After all is said and done he just can't recruit.
