This year is my first Greenberg Turkey. It smells divine! Now, the instructions say to put on on the counter overnight and let it come to room temp. I’m good with that being it was smoked 16 hours. My wife and her fam however are skeptical. So I might have to heat up part of the turkey for them.

I’m personally thinking about putting a few pieces in vacuum bags and just sous vide for the ones who want hot turkey meat.
