Ppl can loot, burn, destroy, threaten, harras, etc. with little to no ramifications for them or the college presidents who allow it. But if they plagiarize, that's a whole different story! This post tells me the Columbia President's days are numbered, not because of the anti-Semitism, anti-Americanism, and general chaos running amok on her campus, but because she failed to cite the source of her writing. Academia in America is really screwed up these days. Their priorities are totally out of whack.
