New England is loaded with people like this. Vermont and Maine, literally the two whitest states in the country, are full of white liberals who LOVE to do that. These are people who don't interact with ANY non-white people on a daily basis.
Same goes for the Cape Codders in Massachusetts -- we saw an example of that with the whole Martha's Vineyard immigrant "crisis" awhile back.
