What if DO, Turtle, ME and EW don't make a leap in their 2nd year like so many others did under CMF?
We expected these guys to make that kind of improvement b/c we have seen it so many times. Yet in 3 games, DO gets in foul trouble quickly and often, EW still isn't shooting well, Turtle has not wowed anyone. ME has done some really good things, but he may have had a lower bar than the other three to start with, so his improvement may look good, but may not be that impressive overall.
By default, Turtle, DO and ME will all get many more minutes, so their overall numbers will be up regardless, but their production per minute may not be impressive.
What do we do if they don't make that leap? We should see some movement the next two nights.
