Joni,
I hear that you are recruiting basketball players who would transfer in to Athens from other colleges. How does that work? Isn't there some internal rule at UGA prohibiting that? How can a player learn your new system after being confused by running a different system elsewhere?
How do you remember the names of transfers when you yell at them if you haven't spent months and years recruiting them in high school? Is the rumor true that a player with enough credits to graduate at their old school can even be eligible to play immediately upon transfer to the new school? What do transfers do with all their old t-shirts and gear that has the name and colors of their previous school?
If I can find an hour away from my time-consuming work modifying my motion offense, I would love to do lunch with you to discuss this.

P.S. Do you have diagrams for any good in-bounds plays available that you could lend me? Do you believe such plays actually work?
