If the officer had let the thug go and then someone else was shot,

then the officer could potentially be liable.

Too early to pass judgement and

just by the earlier report he demanding to him . He was a fleeing felon .

There no way I or any else can judge it . However of the events show they fired and striking him in the back , I guess that will manslaughter at best :

Pants up, don't loot. In each case I can think of, the perp was a


perp at the time of the shooting. Maybe at some point, they'll get the idea making bad choices is not in their best interest. Thinking back a week or two ago about the guy who attempted to run down cops in a Maserati who there to serve a warrant. His baby mama and parents talked about what a great father and man he was. Well, their idea of great isn't mine. Another punk.
