I've been considering carnivore for a few months now but have some hesitations where it comes to dealing the cost of meat, my live for carbs (especially tacos & hotdog/hamburg) & making my wife think I'm not crazy.
Curious if others here have experience with the diet. Did you have any negative health impacts? How did you buy meat without going broke.
I want to see if it helps at all with my psoriasis/dermititis from prolonged poison oak exposure on my hands & migraines mostly.
