Any March Madness bracket ideas?

Hi, I thought someone may be able to assist. We have a group of about 8 or more that always do a March Madness bracket of sorts plus a "pick the winner" with a format of picks 1-8 then reverse order. We are looking for something new. I know we're going to do a bracket with "weighting" more for underdog picks but looking for additional ideas. I've been a part of large calcuttas before but this wouldn't be our group unless we went all in together and found one. Any ideas for what you all may do or have heard of would be great! Thanks in advance.
