Beating from the NYPD. Possibly another example of over zealous police action.

USA Today: "Sefolosha refused multiple orders to disperse, charged an officer,
resisted arrest by tightening and flailing his arms and it required
multiple officers to handcuff Sefolosha, according to the arrest report."

Possibly another example of a totally dumbassed citizen.

Like someone else said, I wouldn't put much stock in a police report.

Justfied just like in South Carolina right? Here's a TMZ video showing officer going to work on Thabo's legs with a night stick.
Yeah, that video is clearly identical the shooting video in south caroline??? What...over react much? I am not a cop and have been on the wrong side of the law years ago too many times but...if I had to bet money the "nba" player didnt like something the cops were doing to someone, the crowd started gathering and the cops ordered them to back up or move whichever...but the young adults of today dont think anyone has a right to order them to do anything so he didnt follow the cops orders and bowed up and got arrested. If he and many many others would have just listened to the cops unless they were telling him to do something unlawful which I would doubt, OR if he had been at home then he'd be happy, healthy and richer today. Of course that is just a guess but it does seem like young adults today have a major attitude, and no I am not the "get off my lawn" old man...Im in my 40's...but dont walk on my lawn though

Funny how all these videos only get the tail end of the confrontation, isn't it?

I don't understand why things are so hard to understand. When a cop stops you, follow his directions and there is a pretty good chance you will make it through the situation and back to jail. This guy wouldn't have gotten roughed up, the guy in SC wouldn't have gotten shot, the felon gun salesman wouldn't have gotten shot by the old guy and Michael Brown wouldn't have gotten shot, if they had just followed instructions. Guy has a gun for a reason and it isn't to balance his belt. Of course this "aint nobody telling me what to do attitude" won't let them. Fine, if its worth getting shot over to show you a tough guy, then the entire family comes out saying what a loving, kind man he was. He's a convicted felon selling most likely a stolen gun in the front seat of a car to what he thought was another criminal. Yeah, great guy.

Re: Funny how the police reports always show the officers were.............

Sorry, but you can compare a million videos to the police report and you'll not find a single police report that understates what the defendant does. Its unbelievable how exaggerated the suspects conduct is, particularly when they are injured by police.

Its not the norm, but its simple math - there are thousands and thousands of arrests in this country each day, and thus even if less than one percent of them involve police misconduct, then that's still a lot of people that are affected by police misconduct. If the police apologists could simply accept that, then we could move on and have a better discussion about these issues.

Did u hear that Hillary erased all the official govt docs

From her server, and they weren't allowed to be there in the first place? She was told they were about to be subpoenaed.

Did u hear that she split her pantsuit this morning climbing out of her van?

I did.

She had to go back into hotel and change, which put them 40 minutes behind schedule, but nobody was waiting for them at their first stop so it didn't really matter. If a tree trunk falls in the forest but nobody was there to hear it....did it really happen?
