He came in and took the job from a dude that had been in the system for two years and had played in actual games and looked decent. To me, that says something about Lambert, he took the job with only 4 weeks of prep, that is impressive imo! Watching his highlights shows that he has the physical tools to make it to the league. I personally think, going forward people will be comparing transfers to GL and not Russell Wilson. 15-0 from where I sit!
