I'll give The Midget His due, He is a master recruiter.
Kirby clearly works His ass off at it, and I think He'll prove Himself to be his own man and a top recruiter in his own right.
LOL! Who knows what goes on with recruiting? All this rumor business is about 5% fact and 95% smoke from anxious fans. And oh btw, this thing is a two way street. A guy may commit but a school must also accept that commit. And since a school has a limited number of slots they expect a commitment to stick since they drop others to accept said commit. And when a committed player then starts shopping again it is incumbent on a school to begin shopping to fill that slot since it is obvious the player is no longer on board. Most schools will do so without speaking to the player cutting him from their list and moving on, it appears if their is ANY truth to this (doubtful), then the coach went above and beyond and at least explained to the player of what the ramifications of his actions will be.
Many times a guy will begin to doubt his ability to compete at a certain level or the rival school will try and plant that in a player's mind using false rosters and such. Late fun and games.
