What a night and what a team! Undoubtedly as big a win and atmosphere as we’ve had in a long time at Foley.
Kudos to the crowd but also the stadium staff for flipping the switch in the 9th to take it to a different level! Does anyone have any insight on throwing the no home field music, etc out the window? Did the booth staff just get caught up in the emotion, thought about and said screw it, perhaps an AD stepped in and gave the go ahead…? Would love to know the story and if there will be any reprimand from the NCAA.
