Oh My - the Pardons for sure but a whole list of Docs.

If AutoPen is utilized for all signatures and not just mundane perfunctory repetitive docs - Questions of Cognition, Purpose and Intent certainly cast doubt on Authenticity & Enforceability.

@donalsonville_dawg @RoyDawgMercer

At this point in Joe Biden’s point on the downward sloping curve of senility, he is in no way capable of verifying authenticity.

I wonder how many docs were “signed” while Biden was at the beach or in a stupor.

Everything about his presidency was a complete sham. However, I do think it will be difficult to invalidate the signature . Auto sign is accepted as a valid signature unless there is proof of fraud.

The courts have never really spoken to this, so we will have to wait and see.

Just a little tidbit. In Hunter Biden's computer he talks about telling this therapist in 2019 the family was dealing with his father's Alzheimer's. A year before he was elected.

Would you feel confident right now if your freedom depended on an auto pen signature ? Think it’s open for debate at a minimum.

My only concern with using an auto pen would be the verification process for using it. Could it be easily manipulated or copied now that we have AI technology? To me there should be a second verification signature kind of like we use a notary public.

This is a real issue I've been mentioning it for a couple of years. Even if he physically signed an EO or a Bill, he wasn't legally competent. It's the exact same basis that people use to challenge Wills or marriage contracts (or any contract).

That’s an opinion, so unless someone can prove in court, it is worthless

Trump is getting his revenge. He wants to destroy our democracy and government as we know it. He wants to be like Putin. He hates everything good about America. Tariffs against our allies and best trading partners; cutting off all military support and all intelligence to our ally, Ukraine; turning a blind eye to inflation and the spooked stock market; and he has appointed the most incompetent and inexperienced cabinet in history. All that and then he turns Elon Musk with his young hatchet men loose to gut all government services (nuclear energy experts, bird flu experts with the CDC, and gutting our national parks services). We voted for it so we are to blame.

The Hur Report clearly says he's not fit to stand trial. How can you be unfit for trial, but fit to be POTUS. Those two do NOT add up.
It doesn't add up because the Hur report doesn't say anything regarding bidens fitness for trial.

It clearly states Biden would present himself to the jury as an old man with a poor memory. That's it. Nothing about fitness or cognitive abilities as it relates to bringing a case against him.

The Hur report doesn’t merely describe Biden as a forgetful elderly man a jury might sympathize with.

It states his significant memory issues, such as forgetting his vice-presidential years or his son’s death, would make proving a felony’s intent difficult, influencing the decision not to prosecute (ignoring his status as President).

Your claim that it says nothing about trial fitness is incorrect. This directly relates to why charges wouldn't be pursued.

Hur ties Biden’s memory lapses to the practical challenge of securing a conviction. It’s not just jury sympathy, it’s a prosecutorial roadblock. PolitiFact even confirmed memory was a factor in the decision, even if not a formal “unfit” label. Parsing words doesn't change the underlying truth.

Already proven in court of public opinion. His own party put him out to pasture after he didn't know what day it was at debate.

Very few things about our govt are good for America and it's citizens.

I will agree I used poor wording in my claim re: fitness. I respectfully retract and appreciate the note. But my point still stands: Hur did not cite lack of fitness as a reason he wasn't bringing charges. It's not parsing words...it's a direct rebuttal to the posters claim.

Claim: "the Hur report clearly states that Biden was not fit to stand trial". That's false. There's no way to spin that. Words matter here (as they did with my original post).

I'm not saying the reader cant make that leap...just refuting the claim that Hur reached that conclusion (which he did not). That's not debatable.

Didnt just start. You think the illegal invasion benefitted the US?
Right? How about these two facts:

1) The left literally ignored enforcing the law for four years in order to facilitate the invasion you speak of.

2) And now the left is aggressively trying to use the law (aka a willing left-appointed judicial) to keep 300 terrorists in the United States.

I don't claim to be an immigration law scholar, but even if there is some kind of gray area legally here......why in the hell would they be pursuing this battle? For God's sake use some common sense and pick your battles. This is why their approval rating is at an all time low.

Thomas Jefferson invented the autopen and was first to use it. It that was illegal, then there are quite a few Presidential orders throughout history that will need revisions.

This is just another smokescreen from the Trump bunch that wants to deflect attention away from the way they are driving the economy and stock market into recession. The statute of limitations for complaining about Biden and blaming problems on him are close to expiring.
