Great times in the Steg. Couldn't have asked for a better way for KG and CM to go out. We just beat a good Alabama team desperate for a win to get off the bubble. The crowd was understandably a little lighter with the students out for spring break, but the passion was there for sure. Great atmosphere throughout.
Thought the substitutions were on point. Kessler and Geno came in 3 minutes in, but besides that the best players were on the floor as much as they could be. YM had to sit for awhile in the 1st half with 2 fouls, but you could argue his energy level was higher in the 2nd half with the extra rest. His dunk on the fast break was one of the highlights of the year.
Played very sound defensively. Hale for them went off and was making contested 3's, but besides that KG and CM when Gaines picked up his 3rd foul did a great job defending Obasahen. Also, we totally dominated the boards. But only if we had James White today. His four points and 3 boards would have been invaluable today.
Hey, @DerkDawg1027, Coach fox coached a great game today, but remember when he pulled Ricky McPhee for Ebuka Onyoarah prematurely against Arkansas six years ago? It's time to make a change. Fox has to go.
