Above is a link to the coaching salaries for all the teams that were in last year's NCAA tournament. Paying a coach $3 million a year would get us in the top ten coaching salaries and that top end of what I expect us to pay. Fox is getting paid a little over $2 million and you see what return we are getting for that. I can't see why we can't get a really good coach for $2.5-$3 million per season.
