My problem is not with the insiders specifically. They can report what they hear. The problem is that no one can know what is really happening unless they are privy to all the NIL bids. So, why pay for subscriptions? It’s not that the insiders don’t report the info they get. It’s that their information is never complete because it’s impossible to have all the relevant information. So again, what’s the point? Just wait for the announcement.
