We all causally say that college football is becoming the NFL. Well, it needs to be managed similarly, too, and that's the model Belichick is introducing at UNC. He's got Michael Lombardi as his GM at UNC to build the roster and manage NIL.
This is going to be the way forward. I won't be surprised to see Kirby bring in a GM role soon, too.
