is that SCU had to scratch and claw for the win. They used most of their offensive and defensive playbook. We got a very nice window into their team last night. Comments:
1. We should be able to run straight up the gut on them. Hood is no Chubb. Our OL is better that Carolina's.
2. SCU is vulnerable to the intermediate and deep passes. They were all over the short passes/screens.
3. SCU is a threat to dink and dunk us. Their QB looked bad on intermediate routes and deep outs.
4. SCU looked like they had a decent power running game. In my view, we stop that, we win.
5. SCU's QB abandoned the pocket multiple times when he did not need to. NC missed several chances for big hits and sacks on him. I hope we can count of Floyd, Jenkins and Carter to put a lot of pressure on him and take him to ground.
