I will say it - anyone that supported this administration is anti American. There is no defending them for what they have done.
It is my understanding that a pardon in advance of an indictment requires an acknowledged admission of guilt by the receiving party.

2014 was when Obama said the US would no longer pursue gain of function research. So that was the same year that Fraudci contracted with Eco Health Alliance and the Wuhan lab to carry on the banned research. It also covers an labs they built in Ukraine after the Maiden revolution.
