Men’s golf is stinking it up at the Southern Highlands Collegiate (2nd to last). Women’s golf is participating in the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate (T10 out of 17).
Tomorrow we have baseball hosting Presbyterian at 4. Really interested to see how we respond after a really bad loss Sunday of the final game of the 4gm series. Pitching was really bad all day Sunday. Hitting fine. Can that get corrected and get some positive mojo going into a huge weekend against the nerds? I have my doubts. We’ll be throwing freshman Matthew Hoskins on the mound. Intrigued how he does.
Softball is at tek, 6pm. Had a good home invitational over weekend where they went undefeated. Really need to have this game Tues night. The Tues night game against top 10 Clemson was ugly. Gave up 5 runs in the 1st.
Finally we top it off with Florida in The Steg. I’ve gone on record that Ga will lose its remaining three games (Fla, SC and SECT gm). I have no more faith in this team and think they don’t either. Coach White appears to not have any answers for this bunch either. They stink against adversity and Terry hasn’t been the same since the concussion at Auburn.
My prediction and I hope I’m wrong…1-2 tomorrow which would be quite disappointing. Think baseball wins but softball and bball both lose. Hope I’m wrong…
