If schools really want to "Dance With the Stars" that's how you do it. Tremendous help with recruiting and promoting your name, school, program. Kids are excited all the off season working to get ready for a showdown in game one. You can't be afraid to go big time. And I'm not talking about scheduling a game for 2022 or whatever when nobody currently at the program/school will still be there.

You do recall we were supposed to play Oregon in a home and home this season and next year, right? We then had Ohio St and Louisville on the schedule as well and both of those series were cancelled. The problem is open slots for schools are already filled unless someone has something open, like Bama did in 2014 which allowed for the USC game to be added in 2016 or you create one by buying out the team off your schedule (not smart financially). So we have been adding teams in future years where open slots exist (still not good enough for some) and working on home and homes with Penn St., USC and UCLA.
