When opposing teams choose to play tough in your face defense we are helpless in trying to score. We can score against lackluster D and look like we know what we are doing. But we have no one that can penetrate and breakdown a defense and we choose not to push the ball up the floor or press. So inevitably, the offense bogs down and we barely get in to 60 pts. Same chapter different verse. It is the system for the most part. Our kids are afraid to make a mistake and it shows. So we pass and dribble 25 ft away from the basket 3/4 of the shot clock. So frustrating to watch.
