Kimbrel was one of the 2 players fans would pay to go see on this years team. FUQ BJ upton. I guarantee this was done just to get rid of him

We've got to pay 2 OFs who couldn't start in San Diego 24 million


over the next 2 years so it's not a total savings of BJs contract.

We gave up the best relief pitcher in the league (who was under contract for 4 more years) to save about
half of BJs contract.
