one of my professors in economics taught us that the first rule when talking economic policy is that you have to assume rational people make rational decisions. It’s not like Californians or people of Seattle or Portland or whatever liberal hellhole you are talking about just voted in these socialist this term. This is exactly what they wanted. I don’t see some dramatic shift happening any time soon unfortunately.
