Football player without paying them? In Cleveland, a ton of businesses are naming stuff after Joe Flacco but I'd be surprised if they all pay Flacco for his name & likeness. Ex a local restaurant named a burger after Flacco

Also, some outlets sell photo books with CFB players as the main selling points. Could players demand payments for their NIL usage without their permission?
