Can't sleep when I need to most. It all started with two injections

in my back for herniated disks. My back is much better but sleep doesn't come easy anymore. Oh well, it's good to pass the time with you guys. Keep the dialog going.

I had 2 herniated disks in my c-spine and I couldn't sleep BEFORE getting the injections. Had to take hillbilly junk for a while, it was bad. Literally just woke up one morning and out of the blue - couldn't get out of bed

I ended up having 3 steroid epidurals. The first two only provided relief for a day or so. The second one was so tedious and painful that I'm surprised I went in for the third. Fortunately, it worked like a charm and I've been good for about 10 years now. Haven't had any problems sleeping - at least due to back problems anyway.

Thanks for the encouragement, I'm sure I'll get back to normal

before long. The good news is my back is much better.
