They keep harping on the ref in the AU game who said that the last penalty was "not a runoff situation," meaning that they would not automatically run time off the clock with the penalty since that would benefit the penalized team. Has NOTHING AT ALL WHATSOEVER to do with whether or not the clock would start after the ball was set.
