Kirby gave us the full practice and then some, it’s a mile a minute but will try to fit as much in here as possible.

- Beck looked like Beck.. had a few bad balls, threw some NFL throws. Of course we wasn’t ripping it day one in full pads.

- Will go ahead and say it, the ball comes out different with Rashada in comparison to Gunner.. Rashada has a PRETTY throwing motion. Gunner still pushes the ball and has the propensity to throw some wabbly ones, he’s better as a gamer than a practice player. Not sure any of them look like Puglisi tho.. his arm talent is something, not sure why nobody took the chance on his ranking being a 5star bc he has a 1% arm.. tuck that away for in the future, he will start here at some point.

- Best RB room since 2017. ETN was wowing, Rod Rob is down 10 lbs and looked substantially lighter on his feet but still really powerful. Branson was full go, not quite as explosive as pre injury but I can’t believe where he’s at. Frazier is prepped for a good bit of early PT, threw him into the fire often.. Bowens looked solid too but Frazier is running in front of him. Cash Jones looked good as well, put on some weight.

- WRs looked good. Lovett is the clear WR1, was being featured constantly. Bell looked good, had a drop or two but he’s so physically imposing. Arian running with the ones at Z, in motion typically. Threw Anthony Evans to the fire today, was getting A LOT of reps.. kinda was struggling handling punts but looked great at WR. Starks was getting some reps at punt return too, don’t shoot the messenger. Colbie Young looked great, didn’t get as featured after the first few series but when he gets work he looks fantastic. Michael Jackson looked much better, pleased with that. London Humphreys is a smooth mover for sure. Sacovie and Nitro both made a few nice grabs.

- TEs looked strong.. Delp taking that next step it looks like, looked great in everything. Kirby was riding Ben Y some, means he’s gonna get a lot of burn.. off the hoof him and Luckie look similar. Reddell is going to be a dude, bookmark that.. sheesh he moves well for his size, not as stiff as I thought.

- OL is the most ridiculous looking group and it’s deep.. Truss is prob down to 315 and he was moving soooo much better. Freeling looks great - looks like a typical ND 1st round OT lol. I would expect if something were to happen to Jared Wilson, Tate would love to center and Morris to RG and keep Fairchild at LG.. they are working as if they have 3 starting guards which they do basically. Marques Easley was working with the twos at LG some and Calhoun with the twos at RG. Jah Jackson is already getting run with the twos some at LT and wow, watching him at that size bend the way he can is incredible… Bo Hughley looks good too. Didn’t see Merriweather much, may be dinged up.

- DL held their own, OL was getting the better of them at first then they heated up later. Had some packages where TID and Miller are the down linemen and Mykel and Jalon were coming off the edge and it’s a lot of twitch there.. happened FAST. TID was full go and looked as healthy as he’s been in a long time. McLeoud is a huge human being and was getting good push. Stackhouse stoned Tate one play and helped him up afterwards. JJA is probably going to play a good bit, already got some reps with the ones..

- Mykel is a freakazoid.. like a freak among freaks. Packed a pass from Carson today and he gave him shit about it lol Damon Wilson looks phenomenal, almost didn’t recognize him (maybe bc he chopped off the dreads).. he’s put on 20 lbs at least. Jalon was working at ILB but also at edge, he will be on the field a good bit more this year, preparing him to get a lot of looks. M’pemba looks good just behind them a bit. Q Johnson didn’t look bad for an under the radar freshman, moves well.

- It’s a freaky bunch at ILB… but CJ Allen just is different.. told the boys today I hate to say it out loud but he looks like someone else wearing that #3.. violent player too. Raylen has gained some really good weight and looks great. Bowles is behind them but got some work. Chris Cole doesn’t know what he’s doing yet but swear he makes plays every chance he gets, looks like an OLB. Justin Williams has prob put on 15 lbs and he didn’t get a ton of burn today but he looks great off the hoof. Bowles is a little behind.

- Secondary had its ups and downs.. KJ flashed. Everette had a solid day. Daniel Harris has a super high ceiling and made some fantastic reads and plays on the ball but also got burnt a time a time or two. Humphrey didn’t have many bad moments but could have been more physical. Ellis was struggling in the early portions but when it was good on good and 11 on 11, he looked good and prob had the play of the day with a ridiculous INT.. got banged up and went to locker room and never came back - looked upper body but he was in serious pain. They stayed away from Starks for the most part but will say Ant Evans caught one on his some piece, was a helluva grab. Aguero is def the guy at star, got beat once or twice but also would have blew some plays up, he looks good.

- It’s an absolutely freaky team, no doubt. Wasn’t all sunshine and roses tho. Some young DBs got ran over.. Demello was struggling. Wasn’t as physical and they needed to be. Jah Jarrett had a bad day, Kirby was on his ass and then started a pretty big brawl.. but he looked pretty good in his reps, was a bit lazy tho. Smael didn’t do much of nothing today. But overall, I was really pleased with how the boys got after it in the middle of the day on a hot one.

If there’s anyone you want to ask about and I missed, feel free to ask.. tried to get a good look at everyone.

Still can’t believe Kirby gave us a full 2 and a half hours, never thought I’d see the day😂 be jealous @Radi Nabulsi. Was a good time with some dawgvent brethren @theboyracer45 @Green Timber @AgDawg15 !
