"With Leonard we see a guy that the team really respects. They know how good of a player he is, they know how good of a guy he is. He doesn’t normally say much but when he does everybody pays attention. A big part of leadership is just having that charisma about you that guys do look up to you and follow you. I don’t know if it’s so much look up, but they respect him. If he said lets go boys, they’d all be rallying right behind him."
