So last week I did it. I signed up for the monthly draft option.
I never received a welcome email or a confirmation of payment email. Payment left my account last Thursday.
I went to their website and sent a message thru the site to contact me. Nothing.
Who runs this thing? Is everyone experiencing no service and poor communication?
I don’t even know how to cancel since there is no official tracking number of any sort out there.
