Hoff Correct me if I'm wrong but they only give immunity until they've heard what he knows.... So if he changes his story immunity is withdrawn and he perjured himself. If he told them nothing of value they wouldn't have given him immunity!
I am pretty sure he is given immunity from prosecution before he testifies or he would take the 5th amendment. He is immune from prosecution even if he incriminates himself.
you are correct hoff, doj has given him immunity and they only do that in a criminal investigation .
If he sings on a Clinton he'll be added to a long list of victims that crossed them. I'd keep my mouth shut. People that have dealings with them don't have good survival records.
