some while back , that their are 80 card carrying commies in congress . you have to wonder if their is any truth at all in this statement .
''There are exactly 57 card-carrying members of The Communist Party in The Department Of Defense at this time''. I can't remember where I saw that, somebody said it though, so it must be true.
col west was in congress and he made the comment on fox news . i didn't say it was right ; but you know that .
Col West made a far out statement then, clearly it's not fact.
He needs to be more like Col Ingus, a bit softer and sweeter, yet with a hint of salt.
you have to wonder why a former congressman would make this statement , does he know something or does he " think there is smoke " ? why 80 , why not 10 ............could he prove it ?
Russia, United States of America what's the difference? Both are being ruled by Capitalist hating socialist. No he couldn't prove it, the idea is pretty preposterous. There may not be 80 communist in Russia's Parliament, or whatever it's called these days.

If you say so. I'll only say this: if the personna you bring here is a true depiction of your thoughts then it is a relief that you are ex-military and understandable as to why perhaps you are ex. I'll share your posted thoughts with my two vet buds who meet me for coffee this AM. One was a true Ranger Captain who no longer has a right leg from the knee down and is a single father and a great one of two small children. The other was a Navy medic who was transferred to the Marine corps. Both have had very unfortunate things happen in their lives but speak no ill of the Army nor the USA and it's free enterprise system and the individual freedom they defended. Although I could excuse both if they did. In fact both love the principals our country was founded upon. As do I. We even accept you as a brother if what you say is true. It takes all kinds and some can't find it within their souls to believe in the mission and a tiny few even reject their country's place on this planet. I will only say this, your absurd reach trying to twist Ben Carson's statement was cartoonish and really doesn't reflect well on someone who claims to be able to discern intelligence. That was bad man.I say this as a former Airborne infantry officer: there are many bright people among the ranks of the Airborne, but there are also many, many, many more Airborne officers, NCOs, and enlisted men who have size 50 chests and size 5 brains. Allen West is one of the latter.
When I was a company commander in the 187th Abn, I commented on one of my platoon leaders' OERs that he was "rash and impetuous". When he received the OER, he was proud of my assessment and thought I had complimented him. That's the Airborne mentality...
There is no bigger capitalist on The Planet than Putin.
He is so good at capitalizing on his position as Russian President he is said to have a net worth around 70 billion in US dollars. That's just 9 billion less than Bill Gates. If he can stay in power a few more years he'll likely become the richest capitalist in the world.
