Cross fit was fun this morning .

Have a young cousin who does it professionally. Y'all are CRAZY, imo! :)

She's got sponsors, etc., has to travel and actually had to move temporarily to AZ last year for some kind of competition of professionals.

Again........Crazy!
 
I'm not that extreme nor is my blushing bride . I do it just trying to get back into shape . I been thinking about getting back in LE . That a quicker way to get back into shape .

Yes there some that take it to crazy levels . I have lost 16 pounds in about a month of doing it .

Sounds like you are a pretty smart guy. But-why live in Alabammmmmer.
 
I use to like eating a double cheeseburger and watching the crossfit competition on ESPN . Sometimes I even had a milkshake.

Wow, you really blew that. Pood is not a kettlebell. It is a unit of measurement for the weight of a kettlebell to be used in a WOD (Workout Of the Day).
PR = personal record
AMRAP = As Many Reps (or Rounds) As Possible

And it's CrossFit, not Cross fit. If you are gonna be a faux CrossFitter, at least get the lingo down.
 
I guess autocorrect separated crossfit on me . There also a crossfit website that gives WOD . It's a great resource. Also has great YouTube clips and did you catch 60 mins Sunday? Where the guy talked about it ?

I'm a month into it . You sound like a hall owner .
