I think initially perhaps the dem governors were going to draw straws and the losers would go out and give public confidence on Biden,..but they perhaps later decided to send the 3 most solid dem area governors (minus the ones who are potential Biden replacements...newsome, Whitner),... if you have to send guys/gals out to lie severely, make sure they are from a state or district in which it doesn't matter how ridiculous that they sound
