I saw that as well, but that would be like clay aiken trying to arm tackle Chubb, inconsequential.
The fact he was going over twice the normal speed for that curve is the cause

Where would you get that? I do not like unions but your analogy is like blaming forks for rosie odonnell for being fat. It was human error and the big government people were already clamoring for more funds.

Are you really that stupid to believe that this was a funding issue? The transportation bill covering items like the tracks was passed last spring,it was not a funding issue. Besides there are enough funds from the 17 trillion plus
dollars the POSPOTUS lever-edged our country with.. If i take a 50 mph curve in a Ferrari at 106 mph it will result in a crash, but I guess i could blame John Boehner for that. Back to personal responsibility.
