Thousands of teens using social media swarmed a popular Louisville mall the day after Christmas evening causing untold physical damage to customer vehicles and stores. The rampage was out of control and police were far outnumbered. When they tried to close the mall the rampage intensified with the teens using social media to co-ordinate their moves. Thefts, assaults and beatings. Finally the mall closed early. Police shut down public transport to suburban malls temporarily as most of the teens had arrived in force using that method of transport. Plus teens without a parent or adult supervisor were temporarily, upsetting many parents who complain their children have a right to go any place open to the public.

Just kids being kids...they meant no harm.

I know when I was younger we used to rob, steal and assault folks at the mall all the time.

fwiw, I was at that mall a couple weeks ago and it's your average everyday shopping mall....not some rundown one, or one on the wrong side of town that is dying out
