Depends on whether or not the running QB can actually pass, or if he's just a runner. If he can really throw the football down the field and accurately as well, who wouldn't take the dual threat QB. If he is another James Jackson or Wayne Johnson, who I never thought were all that great at throwing the football, I'll take the pocket passer.
