Does UGA have a say in the FSU-Texas debate?

Assuming all favorites win this week:

If UGA beats Bama as comfortably as the other big games, will the Committee assume Texas would suffer a similar fate and make FSU 4?

If UGA wins a close game, would the Committee assume Texas has a good chance at beating UGA and make them 4?

Just something to consider.
