Dylan Goldstein's attorneys push for hearing
The attorneys for Georgia baseball player Dylan Goldstein are requesting an eligibility hearing today with the NCAA.
One reason they’re very hopefully is that Dylan’s JUCO year was in 2021, the same as Paiva’s.
Update: Learned that Goldstein and UGA actually filed a blanket waiver hearing with the NCAA on Jan. 17.
Due to no response, Dylan's attorney's stepped in and have filed for the immediate hearing today, thought will probably be held tomorrow.
Of note, the judge hearing the case in Federal District Court is Tripp Self, a UGA grad
