Bama is seeming to defy all logic with both its DB recruiting and its Oline recruiting.

Re the latter: they landed yet another Rival top 100 OT today (I Prince from MD who we also offered). And they again went WAAY outta state to get him to come to Tuscaloosa Alabama (not Los Angeles)

Last yr they landed 3 OLs rated 5.9 or better, one of whom was the top OL in nation true freshman-day 1 starter Cam Robinson from Louisiana) and one other who was the # 1 juco OL in nation.

This yr they have 3 OLs rated 6.0 (2 from 700+ miles away) or better and they appeared to be the runner up (to Ole Miss) for 5 star OT Drew Richmond.

It is just crazy how exceptionally well they are selling their program to outta state studs that everyone covets. and they are doing it even though they didn't even win the SEC West last yr and didn't get to the final game this yr. Imagine how well they would be doing had they not lost that crazy one to AUB last yr and had another MNC trophy.

It is just incredible how well Saban and his staff recruit!!!! I agree with Spurrier that Saban is almost certainly the greatest recruiting head coach in college football history.

Unless something crazy happens to their program, and/or the they cant manage at least decent QB play; they should not end up spending many weeks outta the top 10 the next few yrs. And maybe not many outta the top 5.
